What to Expect- Our Process
FREE IN HOME ESTIMATE:
One of our dedicated installers will schedule a convenient time to meet with you at your home. Our team will bring a variety of samples and help you choose the best flooring option for you. The areas you are looking to install new flooring will be measured and you will be provided and accurate estimate.
We provide estimates for:
-Material Cost
-Labor
-Baseboards
-Trim
-Quarter Round
-Demo & Disposal
** Have your floor picked out already? No problem! Our team is happy to provide an estimate for labor only.
PREPPING FOR INSTALL OR REFINISH:
Culpepper Flooring can remove any kind of existing flooring in your home, including; tile, laminate, carpet and wood. We dispose of all existing flooring materials for you! Our team will move any large furniture out of the area(s). Our installers will assess your subfloor and slab prior to install and can provide any needed repairs such as grinding the lab to remove uneven areas.

-Floating and Grinding of Slab
INSTALL & REFINISH:
Once your home has been prepped, our professionals will begin the install or refinish. Our team is detailed oriented and efficient to ensure your job will be completed in a timely manner with beautiful results.
OTHER SERVICES:
We provide install of baseboards, trim and quarter round. We like to call this the "frosting"!
BEFORE WE GO:
Our dedicated team will move your furniture back to the area(s) of install so you do not have to lift a finger. We also leave every home cleaner than when we arrived. Before our team will leave your home, they will ask to do a walk through with you. This is to ensure that everything is exactly as you expected, or better.
